The Rainforest Alliance Certificate is a sustainability certification given to our Tea Estates that meet rigorous environmental, social, and economic criteria. The certification is based on the Rainforest Alliance Sustainable Agriculture Standard, which promotes practices such as:

1. Environmental Protection:
Encouraging the conservation of ecosystems, wildlife habitats, and biodiversity, while minimising pollution and the use of chemicals.

2. Social Responsibility:
Ensuring fair treatment and good working conditions for workers, including health and safety protections, no child labour, and respect for local communities’ rights.

Promoting sustainable agricultural practices that improve livelihoods for farmers and workers, increasing their income through better market access and productivity.
