Malwatte Spices
CINNAMON
We have planted 424.93 ha. popular spice Cinnamon in all three estates. Out of which 219 Ha. being harvested .
We have obtained the following certificates for Cinnamon
- G.A.P. (Good Agricultural Practices)
- G.M.P. (Good Manufacturing Practices) and
- P.G.I. (Protected Geographical Indication)
CINNAMON MANUFACATURE
Presently we have a well equipped Cinnamon Factory at Talduwa Division of Vincit Estate and manufacturing around 1875 to 2000kgs per month of the crop harvested from the 219 Ha. For which we are having a big demand in the local market .
Two more Factories one at Moralioya and one at Sunycroft are being constructed to accommodate to crop expected from the balance extent of 205.93Ha.

MORALIOYA ESTATE
Both in Moralioya and Vincit estates we have 31.72Ha. of Coconut and harvesting around 60,000 to 70,000 nut per year.
